Enjoy an unforgettable holiday with unique 270° views across Cala Pi Bay. Thanks to the villa’s south-west-facing position, you can watch yachts anchored in the bay during the day and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine on your private terrace in the evening — then fall asleep to the sound of the sea and wake the next morning to the turquoise shimmer of the bay.
Built in 1995, the villa was completely renovated in 2020 — with hot-and-cold air conditioning, ceiling fans and fibre-optic internet for comfortable stays all year round.

Heated saltwater — without harsh chemicals.
The heated 7 × 4-metre saltwater pool with natural chlorine is the centrepiece of the middle terrace. Three wide steps lead into a 90 cm-deep shallow-water area, while the other half slopes down to a depth of 2 metres. Six loungers sit directly beside the pool, along with three large parasols and an outdoor shower.

Thirty-five metres below you lies a gently shelving natural beach, supervised by lifeguards in summer.

An espresso on the shaded terrace in the morning, while the pine trees still smell of fresh resin. A walk down to the bay at midday — turquoise water, white sand and the whisper of a sail in the wind. A glass of Mallorcan wine in the evening, the last light above the horizon and a fire in the outdoor lounge.

Directly below the villa, Cala Pi begins: a natural beach, turquoise water and paths leading to views that stay with you.
Beach and bay
Cala Pi beach is a natural beach that slopes gently into the water. You can walk around 100 metres out before losing contact with the seabed. During the summer months, lifeguards supervise the beach.
You can reach it on foot by walking through the hotel grounds, past the pool and restaurant, and down the steps to the beach. Please note that the harbour ramps can be very slippery.
Take your time and follow the opposite side of the bay towards the neighbouring cove. Along the way, you will enjoy unforgettable views extending as far as the Cabrera Islands.

Snorkelling
The underwater world is extraordinary, so we recommend bringing a diving mask.
A look beneath the surface is particularly rewarding at around 11 a.m. With clear visibility, you may spot fish, octopuses, starfish, anemones and crabs.
With a little luck, you might even see rays, moray eels and seahorses.

The neighbouring cove of Cala Beltran
Only the left-hand shore of Cala Pi Bay has been developed; the right-hand side is a protected nature reserve.
A 15-minute walk — beginning at the end of the fishermen’s cottages — takes you to the unspoilt neighbouring cove of Cala Beltran.
With a little luck, a Mallorcan tortoise may cross your path along the way.

Cala Pi is not a place to tick off a list — it is somewhere to discover slowly, on foot, in the water and with your eyes wide open.
