This dream villa with the most beautiful view over the bay of Cala Pi could soon become the domicile for your unforgettable vacation. As the house is oriented towards the southwest, you will experience yachts anchored in the bay during the day and the beach visitors 35 meters below you on the beach. In the evening you can enjoy the magical sunset with a glass of wine on your own terrace over the bay of Cala Pi, later fall asleep with the sound of the sea and the next morning experience the turquoise glittering water of the waking bay.
The villa is located on a 840 sqm plot directly on the 35 meter high cliffs of the bay of the enchanting Cala Pi in the first line. You will be enchanted by the wonderful view of the bay.

We completely renovated the villa CASA DEL DIAMANTE, built in 1995, in 2020 and offer it for holiday rental. During the renovation, great attention was paid to quality and comfort. In order to be able to use the house all year round, an air conditioning system with cold / warm function and ceiling fans were installed.
The villa is equipped with high-speed fiber optic internet access, which is available to you free of charge for your mobile devices, music and SMART TV. You also have good cell phone reception in the CASA DEL DIAMANTE.
Pool, terraces and garden
The romantically situated house has 3 terraces and a Mediterranean garden with lawn and 17 palm trees. The upper terrace can be reached via the 3 bedrooms, the middle terrace is accessed from the winter garden and living room, here is the pool and sun loungers. On the lower terrace you will find the gas grill and a large dining table with 6 chairs for dining. There is also a refreshing salt water pool (7x4m) and an outdoor shower. Safe entry is via wide steps that lead into a shallow water zone. You can relax on six loungers right by the pool.

Open living and dining area with winter garden
Cook in a fine kitchen with what is probably the most beautiful view you have ever experienced. In the kitchen there is filtered drinking water for you from a tap. The kitchen is fully equipped, as you would hardly expect in a holiday home. In addition to a dishwasher, induction stove, extractor hood, oven, microwave, a 190 cm high refrigerator, you will find a filter coffee machine and cooking utensils. Dishes and glasses are available in more than sufficient quantities.
Three bedrooms on the first floor with a balcony
All 3 bedrooms have: sea view - fitted wardrobes - bedside tables - direct access to the sea view terrace - windows and patio doors with mosquito screens - air conditioning and heating - ceiling fan - 160 x 200 cm double beds with high quality mattresses - flat-screen SMART TV with satellite reception. The beds are made. Because the villa is not suitable for small children, there is no cot available.
